Scotland - Fife to Edinburgh

We went in to have a closer look at the medieval Alloa Tower House in Clackmannanshire. It has been home to successive generations of the Earls of Mar, who were guardians of many of the Scots monarchs. It has had many alterations and restorations and now houses a unique collection of family portraits and silver on loan from the present Earl of Mar and Kellie.
